Got what i came for. The employee was kind. I was informed about the commission fees in details, and the exchange rate is about the same as a bank. (At the moment of writing this review: 0.3% for cash, 1.3% for card)

Well deserved 1 star.No reply to mails.Very unfriendly behaviour when I was there. The lady could not give any answers for basic questions and then she got angry that she has to search something / basically that she has to work.Left the place immediately.Other exchange places were friendly. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
