Great service. Totally professional and personalised treatment. Well looked after as soon as I arrived at Budapest Airport. Fraction of the price I would have paid in the UK. I recommend staying in an Airbnb near the practice: better value than cheap hotels in Budapest, which is a great city to stay for a few days.ONE YEAR LATER...Unfortunately the implant failed a year after the fitting. I assumed that they would put it right under guarantee and travelled to Budapest for a third visit. But no, they said it wasn't their fault and wanted to charge me for a whole new implant etc. They wanted to get started there and then instead of leaving it to heal first. The dentist who did the initial implant was now on maternity leave and could not be contacted. I lost confidence in them and will get it fixed in the UK.

Szvoboda dr. empatikus, hatàrozott, mozdulataiban ott az emberi törődés és a kiváló szakértelem. A kommunikációja kiegyensúlyozott: van humora, tisztelettudó és egyenes (nem manipulál). Amit még kiemelnék, hogy szerettem a zenét a kezelés alatt és nagyon kényelmes volt a szék.Az ügyfélszolgàlati tapasztalataim átlagosak, ezen a területen sokat tudna fejlődni a cég pl. online regisztrálás, betegtájékoztatási infografika stb. egy céges app-al el lehetne intézni az egészet és felszabadulna az idő a recepción.

Sziasztok!Szokásos sztori,jött a reggel és vele a fájdalom is,nem bírtam tovább elkezdtem hát böngészni.Kerestem a legjobb értékeléseket,majd hogy melyik van legközelebb!Jött a kétségbe esés vajon mikorra kapok időpontot?!Ez a gondolat gyorsan el illant amikor a kedves hölgy megkérdezte hogy mikorra tudnék oda érni,mondtam hogy 15 perc.Hamar oda értem és pici várakozás után és egy kis papír kitöltés után Fajzi Anna doktornő fogadni is tudott!Óriási nagy hála és köszönet a doktornőnek és a hölgyeknek hogy ilyen kedvesen, biztos kezek között lehettem teljes nyugalomban!KÖSZÖNÖM! :)

I found Budapest Dental Solutions on the web and booked an appointment to have a crown fitted. When I got there, I decided to have another crown fitted as well. The company answered all my queries promptly and provided a very comprehensive service, from apartment booking, collection to and from the airport and from the apartment to the clinic. Their customer service was excellent (thanks to Gabor!) and all staff were professional and polite and spoke excellent English. I am very happy with the service (standard and cost) and also had a very enjoyable few days in Budapest which I would also highly recommend.

The quality of work was superlative, and the price so economical, my wife and I used the money saved to help fund our 2-week European Holiday. I was guided through the entire process from my first contact with Managing Director Gabor Hajas, to my trip back home to Indiana. Gabor was informative and responsive, managing every detail, and answering every question or concern emailed within 24 hours. He provided pick-up and return to the airport and arranged lodging (apartment) for us within walking distance of the clinic. Before deciding on BDS and on the basis of my x-rays sent earlier, I was provided a detailed account of the work to be done, optional aesthetic work if chosen, and cost. All were accurate.I have to mention my dentist, Dr. Laszlo Damjanovics. He was easy-going, responsive to questions, and most importantly, very skilled. The change he made in my smile was amazing to my wife and I. I can’t finish without also mentioning Dr. Laszlo’s assistant Viki, who was friendly and competent throughout.I’m a careful shopper, watching for quality, cost, and value. I would recommend Budapest Dental Solutions to anyone, without reservation. On top of this, you’re sure to enjoy a visit. Budapest may be the most beautiful city in Eastern Europe.Mark Horswood

Ma voltam reggel, és Gyűrűsi doktornő nagyon kedves, csupa jót mondhatok a rendelőről is. Gyorsak, kedvesek, bár lett volna ilyen régen is, ajánlom a félősöknek is :)

A DentPoint fogászati rendelőben szakszerűen megoldották mindazokat a fogászati problémáimat, amelyekkel korábban hiába fordultam más szakemberhez.A törött fog eltávolításától a fog implantátum beültetéséig mindenben volt részem, de a szakszerű kezelésnek meglett az eredménye. Ma ugyanúgy tudom használni a fogaimat, mint fiatal koromban. Ez midennél többet ér számomra.Köszönöm szépen és sok sikert kívánok a fogászati rendelő minden munkatársának úgy az életben mint munkájuk során.

Superb, the best in the town!

Had 6 veneers and 2 crowns done. Traveled from the USA to get them done. In addition to Budapest being a very pretty city to visit, my teeth so far are looking great and my smile is fixed. I was very nervous at first but Dr. Vivien Kiss and Gabor helped me feel ok.

Kértem 5 percet, hogy átgondoljam a kezelést, azt mondták rendben van, aztán mégsem fogadtak. Csak 1 hónap múlva kaptam volna időpontot. Amikor rákérdeztem bevallották, hogy azért, mert hezitáltam. Úgy érzem sértésnek vették a viselkedésemet. Ha félsz , vagy kérdéseid vannak nem ajánlom, nem türelmesek. Én tényleg rettegek a fogorvosoktól és ellenkezőek a tapasztalataim a doktornővel kapcsolatban.
