TLScontact UK Visa Application Center Budapest

Got my visa decision over a month ago and still I haven't received my passport till now, thus affecting my other travel plans. Got no refund till now for a service cancelled over 2 months ago, No response to emails, no phone number to call. What I would refer to as the most horrendous service I have ever used. I rate them -100 stars.

Went here to submit biometrics and application for UK visisting visa. Looking at the negative reviews I was little curious, how it could go with mine.On contrary to the negative reviews, my experience was quite a smooth one.Staff was nice and professional. Whole process for a family of 3 took 30mins from the time of appointment.Only thing is the location of office is not on 3rd floor. They moved to ground floor (left to the reception desk. You can see a board)

Nice and clean space, easy to access, didn't have to wait. But I had the most horrible experience with the staff. They found necessary to tell me during this stressful process that our lawyer (immigration lawyer who is very experienced) uploaded my documents wrong so I'll be likely rejected because the entry clearance officers won't look for the files. Then they asked me to upload everything there agaim but they actually didn't know how or where to categorise the files in their system. They were annoyed when I wanted to double check.Then, there is the twist, when I was getting my passport back after a successful application and DHL didn't show up with it, found out after an uplifting customer service call and redelivery that they messed up my address as well. I used the most obvious printed letters to avoid any potential human errors but seems like it is still easy to overlook and switch up two settlement names.My general distrust towards Hungarian offices and their emploees wasn't changed by this experience.

4 stars for super friendly staffs.. But the office location is not as what is being marked in the map. The entrance is next to Unicredit Atm. I had to roam around for 10 mins to find the actual location…!!Added the enteancr picture in the building

1. I wanted to check why I can't upload my flight tickets to the platform. They said we can add it for an additional service fee, around 40 euros. However, I had already done everything, why would I pay this ridiculous amount for just uploading a document to the platform?2. It was never communicated to me that the cost of sending my passport to Serbia is non-refundable. Anyhow, I bared the cost of the shipment to Serbia to the given address via TNT. When filling in the details of the receiver, it asks for a contact person's name and phone number. I could not find any information about this on TLS's website but it was mandatory to add, hence, I had to add my phone number instead!
