I think this is the place where you go if you want to send or receive/pick up packages, not mails. My experience was good. The place was air conditioned, the lines were short because multiple counters were open, and the lady that helped me spoke very good english (although not much communication were needed for what I needed to do, but I'm sure she spoke english pretty well).
