Excellent service. Was assisted at check-in by a very friendly and helpful agent who explained to me all terms and conditions, deposit terms, return instructions, and fuel subsidy in Hungary. Car was brand new and in perfect condition.All photos of car at check in were recorded electronically and sent to my email. Return was also super smooth and the conditions were also recorded electronically for a hassle-free process. It might be more expensive than other locations found online, but for the clarity and the great service I think it is worth it.

Very polite stuff, friendly service.The car was clean and in perfect condition.I liked the way they spot the minor damages and send them to your e-mail before you even receive the car.That way is easy to compare with the situation you deliver the car.Also they replied immediately to an e-mail i sent answering my question!!!!

Great company, the representatives were very nice and helpful.They took photos of the car, and sent it right away.I booked opel corsa, and got free upgrade to opel Astra!The car was very clean.

Stay away from these people. It is a third world level scam shop. The full collision damage with no liability makes your rental cost double, and if you do the 350,000 Ft liability (about USD 900), they will find a way to make you actually pay 350,000 Ft for the slightest scratch and then not actually do the work. I am considering legal action.Forget about them.

Avoid at all costs!!!!!I find these people conartists and they may very well try and pin on you preexisting damage to the vehicle!Bracing myself for an all out legal battle!
