I really liked this class. I got personal advices accoring my really beginner skill level, the vibe (axe) is extremly good, lots of music, good warmup flexibility and strength exercises along with the capoeira skill lessons. I joined without fit lifestyle, I feel tired after every class but thats the good way of tiredness. The group is supporting other students expain the moves with patience if I do not know something. The teacher is very skillfull and kind. Looking to see you on the next roda!

This is the right place if you want to learn the brazilian martail art called capoeira. The teacher is very patient, knowledgeable about training people and the training has a warm welcoming atmosphere. Make sure you give a try to this group if you want to learn capoira even if you are a beginer.
