The drink was charged 4,700 HUF (one shot of cheapest, soda, lemon, cup). A deposit paid for the cup, even if it cannot be returned! The second drink was charged 4,400 HUF.The staff is not able to speak English-they don’t want. Repeatedly malfunctioning card terminal.

Aggressive, cheating, rude, very expensiveThe sold us for 12€ 2 spoiled beer, absolutely not drinkable. As we kindly asked for another drink or refund of the beer, the doorkeepers came, were pushing my throat very strong and throwing me to the ground ;-)

The worst Zakoad in Budapest. the worst guards who don't let you into the institution at their own will. I do not recommend to anyone. if you want to feel the bad atmosphere, I will shout and push the guards here. They covered me only because I am short and he didn't like me. This is not the first time, you are the worst in this place. Choose well with whom you work!!!

(Update: We were in the main bar, not in a booked room.)If the employees there would like to sing to an audience, why don't they just open a jazz bar? Because they turn off the mics which guests use, and sing into their own mics. Sorry we would like to have fun and sing in a karaoke bar. How come turning off the microphones and sing yourself behind the bar? Not just we, all the guests experienced that the bartender is singing instead of them. Sometimes mics worked but then everyone saw the guy controlling the volumes of mics as he pleased.Not to mention the dinamically changing drinkprices. I'm ashamed that this is being done in a place so busy with tourists.

We had the best night here last night!!Good music, good vibes, lovely staff, drinks are an average price for the area. It gets really busy and is great for any age! Only downside is only 1 toilet for ladies!Thanks for having us!

Overall a great place and atmosphere, wonderful experience. They offer a free shot for a 5 star review. I cannot give a better rating to a company that is essentially buying reviews. On top of that, mind that the service and pricing are bad: drinks are expensive and served slowly. They promised to warn us at 5 minutes remaining, but ended up kicking us out, interrupting in the middle of a song.They advertise offering songs in 10 languages, but their Dutch selection is just 2 songs that nobody has ever heard of.

Loved the experience. We arrived last minute with a group of 50 people and they were very accommodating. Staff is lovely too, and they really think with you to make it the best experience! Especially Catherine was lovely and very easy to talk to.

A mosdó használhatatlanul koszos, mocskos. Egy gin-tonic 10.000 Ft ba kerül ami elképesztő drága, az “ital lapon “ nem ennyi van feltüntetve , amikor ezt szóvá tettem a pultos “nem értett” magyarul.

Lánybúcsún voltunk és előzetesen le is foglaltunk egy karaoke szobát. Furcsa módon, mikor a helyszínre értünk nem találták a foglalásunkat. A terem, amit lefoglaltunk és előre ki is fizettünk már másnak ki lett adva. “Kárpótlásul” kaptunk ingyen shotot és 2 számot elénekeltünk az egyik teremben. Csak azért 2 csillag, mert nagy nehezen visszakaptuk a pénzt. Hatalmasat csalódtunk :(
