I made a reservation for my relative and called on their behalf. And got all 7 calls rejected from the first ring tone, while they claim that they have a 24/7 support, live chat doesn't work, also filled in the form to contact later, but I hardly think the will do so. Never booking this company again.

Budapest Airport Transfer
Claimed the car on its way broke down. Didn’t bother to tell us until we contacted them asking where the car was. Then told us another car was on its way and would arrive 15-20mins. 25 minutes later car arrived saying he was told to come to us only 5 minutes ago. Dishonest and unreliable
