We ordered our wedding bands from Pavé and it was one of our best choices! It took long (we traveled around europe) until we found the perfect place to help us get our desired platinum rings. Zita, was very kind and open to help us turn our wishes to reality! The whole team at the shop is kind and very helpful. The quality of their products and services is without question first class! We will for sure return to Pavé for our next jewelry!

What incredible service! Thank you Zita!Last Saturday my wife and I stopped by shop to have our wedding rings serviced while visiting Budapest. We purchased the wedding bands from Pavé and continue to love them.While in the shop, my wife spotted a beautiful black diamond infinity ring and we considered purchasing it to celebrate our soon to be born first son. But we didn’t pull the trigger, and by the time I decided too, the shop was already closed for Sunday and then Monday’s Labor Day holiday. I reached out to the store’s manager, Zita, and she went above and beyond to help me purchase and surprise my wife with the ring before we left Budapest. Even though she was out of town, 170km away from Budapest, celebrating her holiday, she drove back to the city and met me at the shop. In her words, “anything for the customer.” So, I highly recommend selecting Pavé for jewelry purchases. The pieces they carry are lovely and the service is top notch!

I have had such a fantastic experience with Pavé. Zita really made us feel welcome the first time we came to the store. Although they normally allow two weeks for turnaround, Zita managed to arrange a custom piece within 4 days, just in time for our wedding! She was always available to answer our concerns and stayed after hours to help us when we were late arriving from work. She even made a special trip to meet us to make sure everything was in order.
