The positive part is that the people at the centre are nice and welcoming but negative part is their location being really outside as well as there are lots of money you need to pay for each and every services. For eg.- First of all location cost, normally we pay visa application fee but TLS asks for Visa Application cost as well which is another € 65 again you should upload your documents in advance otherwise you will need to pay more if you need their help with scanning or something like this. You can not select anytime slot available because some of them are primetime which again you will need to pay for. Also they are not taking applications everyday in the week. I personally felt that the services of VFS is far better then TLS or else UKVI can also have consular services options in Hungary where they should be able to accept applications, interviewing applicants and take their biometrics to save these extra unwanted costs from applicants.

One of the best service centers in Budapest. I arrived earlier and the ladies were so kind and nice with me. Helped me with everything and they were so polite.

A graciously professional conduct right from the entrance to the final desk where I submitted my particulars and had my biometrics taken. The two ladies at the final point were extraordinary in their service delivery. Thanks to you all for your kind courtesies accorded me!

I tracked my passport on the tls website and it says that it is at the visa application centre for over a week now!!!! There's no one i can contact, the opening hours is just once a week and it's been over 21 days. I want to know how long it takes for the passport to reach the applicant after it has been transferred to the VAC. It is very important

Generally my appointment was good. Was attended to quickly and the staff were really polite and nice but, i think there should have been a receptionist because there was no guide when I arrived in the building.

The colleagues at the TLS were very professional and helpful. The gentleman at the first point of call took time to explain the process, and the ladies on the third floor were super nice and friendly.

The building is very clean, modern, and well-air conditioned. There are signs that will guide you to the right waiting area for the visa appointment. There are also people in charge of the waiting list and they will assist you upon arrival. I luckily went on a non-busy day so I attended my appointment on the indicated time with no delays. I decided to keep my passport and the staff provided clear instructions as to what I should do once a decision is reached. The TLS website was timely updated throughout my application process so I had no stresses, whatsoever. The costumer service also responded to me the same week I sent them an inquiry.

What is this, 66 € is compulsory for their service (visa fee is other thing)Moreover buy premium time appointment and pay extra 80 €,One cannot select normal appointment time slot !!!Just terrible

Service was heaps better than I expected after seeing the online horror stories about visa timings and delays.Applied for priority service and had my visa and passport returned within 6 business days.
