We received the keys from this unfinished house months ago. 3 months later, 0 progress. The wall in our bathroom is still cracked (not fixed) all the issues we notified them about are still standing, nothing was fixed in 2.5 months. The house still has no internet provider after 2.5 months. We are out of the country but our understanding is that this house is a disaster, elevators out of order, heating system malfunctioning.DO NOT BUY HERE! This company was not qualified to conduct such a construction, hence the plentiful errors. We received plenty emails that all the owners are angry and dissatisfied. They also want to charge above market prices for the maintenance of an empty house (few people moved in cause it is not finished).
