Excellent quality service provided, especially given the circumstances.When I first contacted the agency for my upcoming transfer the time was limited, however Diego Bonizzoni managed to find a fitting solution despite the challenging circumstances. He proved to be very available throughout the whole process and clearly put the customer first by taking a considerable amount of time to understand my personal needs and preferences. Once the transfer had been completed he called to make sure that everything went to plan and to check if I was satisfied of the service.Highly recommended!
