Maou Pilates Studio

This is the most beautiful pilates studio i have ever worked out in! Behind the beauty, calmness and exceptionally selected interior there is a fantastic pilates instructor who brings such a variety for the reformer machine. I have been taking pilates in New York and i wish i could take Dorina and her studio with me. She knows how to build those beautiful dancers’ muscles on these machines. Her pilates classes are gentle but targeted to certain areas of the body. I can’t pick which class is the best but i love taking Sunday’s Stretch class because it relived my body from all the muscle aches. Do not be afraid if you are new to the reformer machine or to pilates, her instructions are clear and very easy to follow and she demonstrates the whole class for you, which i find so helpful. Oooh and it smells so good in there! ❤️If you have to rush to work or meeting after workout the studio has a great rainfall shower with all products you would need. Don’t forget to grab a coffee, lemonade or water after your class. She’s got it all.
