HELOVELO BIKE & CAFE

I am giving this two star rating towards the bicycle side of this business. The cafe is great, food and Coffe are great along with the staff and the ambiance.However, the bicycle side of their shop leaves a lot to be desired. The work they did was good on my bicycle however the customer service side of it is far less than desirable. My bike was brought in for a tuneup and brake pad replacement and we were told it would be a week and given a price for the work they would do. They said they would text us when it was ready. Eight days went by and no word from them. Then a friend of mine told me he brought his in several days after me and it was done the next day with far more work to be done. So we went in to ask the status and were told they had not even begun yet! Their excuse was they work to whatever day we want it back and we told them they had given us the date it would be ready but they could have cared less. So they said it would be ready the next day and when we returned to get it the price had more than doubled! Needless to say we will no longer use their services and recommend anyone else be cautious if you use them and be prepared for high prices. We are big advocates of supporting local and small businesses however the business also bears some responsibility to provide a service of value if they want people to use them and recommend them. It is unfortunate how they treated us but we will still continue to use the cafe side of this place as it is quite nice there!

I absolutely love hoing to HeloVelo! Tibi is amazing and always smiling. The coffe is delicious and the sandwiches/cakes etc are always tasty! It is also dog friendly, which we love!

Nem korrekt. Még tavaly néztem kerékpárt, hogy mennyibe kerül. Az ismerősöm is nézett olyan kerékpárt, és neki 30000 forinttal kisebb árat mondtak mint a katalógusbeli (Kellys) ár mert ő alkudozott. Mindenkinek más az ára ugyanannak a kerékpárnak és ez így nem tisztességes. Attól függ ki mennyit hajlandó fizetni :/

The drinks were pretty good! Nothing bad about that!But we had a problem with the service… we were 4 people that ordered different drinks. 3 of us received them, but one had to wait until the waiter made some pictures and then took it back to the bar and brought it back again. If you want to take pics, that is fine with me, but plese ask me first…. I do not think its normal to make me wait until you finish your photo shoot with the product that I am paying for. Thank you.All in all, the three of us had already finished the drinks and the fourth received his drink when we were finished. The service is slow.It’s a cute coffee with poor services…

Csodálatos és ízletes szendvicsek. Itt ittam az egyik legfinonabb forró csokit. A hely kialakítása fiatalos, nagyon megnyerő. A kézi készítésű szendvicsek frissek. Imádom.

A frissen facsart narancslé sajnos pasztörizált narancslé (talán cappy, vagy valami hasonló)… ez bizony erősen a vásárló félrevezetése!Nem beszélve arról, ha már késztermékről beszélünk, miért nem lehet egyből a dobozból pohárba önteni, miért kell a PET palack?Erre azért lehetne jobban figyelni…

Imádom ezt a helyet! A környezet rendkívül stílusos, nagyon barátságos a kiszolgálás és minőségi ételek, italok kaphatóak. A kávézó mellett kerékpárbolt, és szervíz is működik. A kerékpárom 2 év, 3000 km használat utáni szervízen esett át. Most olyan, mint egy új. Köszönöm!

Mindig szívesen megyek oda. Az ott dolgozók rendkívül kedvesek.
