Lab results were late four days after the promised max time it would take. they “misplaced” my email / TAJ and didn’t send me my results - I had to call them over and over - paid 15k when this lab would have been free at my district doctor (at least the receptionist/ nurse who took my blood was professional)***update I called them 3 times 3 days in a row and they completely lost my lab results and have no idea where they are or how to send them to me, it’s been two weeks*** they are refusing a refund and now I don’t even know if I had a contagious virus which I took off work . Do not go here or trust SYNLAB
