LR Italian Lounge & Restaurant
LR Italian in Budapest is an amazing restaurant. The service is exceptional, with staff who go above and beyond to make you feel special. The food is incredibly delicious and prepared with great skill. What's even better is that the prices are reasonable for the high quality of the dishes. The cozy atmosphere adds to the overall enjoyment of the dining experience. It's definitely a place you don't want to miss if you're looking for a memorable and tasty meal.

Ajánlom mindenkinek aki szereti az eredeti olasz ételeket! Az előèteltől a desszertig minden iszonyat finom volt, èrződött a kiváló minőség ès a legjobb, hogy mèg a tészta is az az igazi házi olasz tészta volt. A kiszolgálás is teljes mértékben rendben volt, maga az étterem is igazán szép.

Beautiful setting and really delicious food.The only disappointment was that the much anticipated ravioli was not available - something to return for.Toilets were immaculate.

We came by this amazing place by coincidence and we had not just the most perfect dinner, but a completely satisfying experience! Everything was absolutely perfect! The quality of the food was no far from perfection! I have traveled the world quite far and for many years, and the last time I experienced such top quality of service was in Dubai...but for more than 3-times the money!This place made us really happy and it will be a fix-Stop from now on every time we pass through Budapest!The service, the food, the ambience, the wine-recommendations...it is like the never ending story of perfect service! The stylish interior design, the cleanness....We can highly recommend this place!!!

LR Italian Lounge & Restaurant
The first truly perfect place I’m rating.The serving was pretty slow, but we got appetizers and it was amazing. I personally got the tomato soup and it was really, really yummy.The main food was even better. I got the carbonara pasta and I can’t recommend it more. The sauce was great, the pasta’s texture and flavor was very unique and good, and the meat was the best part. The cheesecake was most likely homemade and was very sweet and delicious as well.The ambience is also nice. On a more isolated street, the restaurant is inside a building and somehow fits all the good stuff in a tiny space.Overall, it’s lovely. Obvious 5 stars out of 5 (in fact, I’d give it a sixth star if I could). You need to come here on your trip to Budapest.

Lovely food and good service.2 main courses and a bottle of wine was £60. Perfect to escape the crowds and have some quiet. Lacks atmosphere but made up for by the attentive service. The menus is typically Italian, and has a nice small menu.I’d recommend to anyone looking for a chilled but quality evening

A food was very average, not so bad, but not delicious. We ordered tomato soup, salad with shrimps, pasta and grilled octopus. Aperol spritz was more like lemonade, too much ice and water. My plate with pasta was served partially broken. Meanwhile, price is a quite high (above the average at least) which make you expect to get a high quality, but it’s not.

Extremely underwhelming food experience. I ordered tuna carpaccio and was disappointed with the quality of tuna. It wasn’t bad, but it was not sushi grade. Salad lacked any seasoning or dressing — just bunch of ingredients thrown together. One person in our party ordered duck and risotto. The duck was good, but risotto was just bad. It was undercooked yet mushy at once. It just wasn’t cooked properly, which is very telling for an Italian restaurant. Another party ordered pasta with duck ragout. That wasn’t a ragout. It was pasta with chewy pieces of duck. I didn’t try it, didn’t even look appetizing (although the person who ordered enjoyed it, but he was so hungry, he would enjoy anything at that point). I was also shocked by wine serving — very-very small, 3-3.5 oz at most!The service was good. The restaurant was pleasant.
