I would not rent at Fox Autorent in Heviz again, since we had a really bad experience. Our booking got cancelled by mistake and we didn't get informed, so on the day of our arrival there was no car and the company was unaware of everything. We were lucky that Andrea from the company - who was very service minded and sad because of the mistake - even could find a car with some delay. But instead of a new Toyota Corolla with automatic gear, we ended up with an old and slow Toyota Auris that really wasn't good to drive in. We returned the car at Fox autorent in Vienna and say the other cars from the company and they looked way better, which was a bummer. At least we got a discount and a big excuse but I think that really was in place. Check out other companies in the area before going with Fox Autorent Hévíz.

The worst customer service,Never saw something like that.Scheduled a pick up from the Airport for 8.45. They made us wait under the rain in the cold for 1hour.We were supposed to get our car ready for 9.00 am, we got our car just by 11am.This is the worst service, and they have the audacity to ask for the full payment!!!!

Eigentlich wollte ich auf Grund der schlechten Bewertungen im Web kein Auto bei dieser Firma mieten. Es gibt in Heviz leider nicht viel Alternative. So habe ich mich entschieden es doch zu versuchen und wurde eines besseren belehrt. Unser Auto wurde pünktlich zum Hotel geliefert. Wir hatten einen recht neuen Kia mit knapp 60000km. Alle Vorschäden wurden ordnungsgemäß dokumentiert. Es war ein übersichtlicher Vertrag ohne seitenlang Kleingedrucktes. Unser Kontakt ( Andrea Menert ) war super freundlich und hat gute Tipps gegeben. Am Ende der Mietzeit wurde das Auto wie vereinbart unkompliziert wieder abgeholt. Eine Kaution musste ich nicht hinterlegen. Auch wurden mir keine Schäden abgedichtet oder eine Verschmutzung des Autos in Rechnung gestellt. Bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Heviz Miete ich garantiert wieder dort. Vielen Dank
