Me encanto el lugar muy cómodos y limpios. Excelente ubicacion

Its a quiet area I'll give them that. However, they neglected to fully clean the room. We found hair from the previous occupants all over the bathroom floor, the soap dispenser and toothbrush holder were also absolutely filthy. In addition, our room was just out of reach of the free Wifi they advertised, which is even more interesting when you consider the fact that our room was supposed to be a more premium room. Trust me folks, for the money, you can find a better place

It's a nice place in a great location, close to everything you need.I've stayed in a 4 people apartment, it's in the basement of the building.It was comfortable, well equipped with kitchen utensils, mini fridge, elletric stove and microwave.The only downsides it's the claustrophobic feeling, since it has very small windows and the humity.They are having some water leaking, some walls were quite wet, that's was also causing a very unpleasant smell.Also the bathroom has no box at the shower, it gets all wet during the shower and takes ages to dry, since there ia no proper ventilation.In the second day they did offer to switch rooms, but we were out by the time I've got the message, so we end up staying in the one we were (room 7).We were there only for 2 nights, most of the time we were out, so in the one was OK.The room had one fan, but I believe two would have been better, it wasn't awfully hot, but in my opinion, it's better to be fresher.I highly reccomend this place and would totally stay there again, but I'm the upstairs room, the basement it's really not my thing.There is no parking available, the street is quite busy, so better go park at the whale (balna), costs about 2500 forints per day and its about 15 minutes walks from the flat.

Desastroso, no lo contrateis- Cuando llegas has de llamar a un telefono que solo atienden en ingles. NO HAY RECEPCION.- Tardan unos 25 minutos en venir y has de estar esperando en la puerta.- Te obligan a pagar en efectivo si o si y no te dan recibo de dicho pago, lo envian mas tarde por email.- Son apartamentos en un sotano y otros a media,altura de un entresuelo, que huele todo a mucha humedad.- Si estas mas de una noche, no te hacen la habitación.- El baño no tiene ni plato de ducha, ni bañera, tan solo una cortina roñosa que separa la zona de aseo de la del baño, es todo el mismo suelo.- No hay aire acondicionado, solo ventiladores muy ruidosos con los que rs imposible dormir.- Por cierto si tu nivel de ingles no es bueno, la chica,que viene para el checkin se rie de ti, miy mal educada y con muy poco respeto.

The receptionists aren't always there, so you have to use your own phone to call them so you can check in (even if it is more expensive when you use your phone in roaming). The shower in my roon was clogged, and considering that I discovered this in the evening, nothing was done. Every time I took a shower the bathroom flooded because of this.

Muy cutre

Good localization and tidy rooms. Be carefull of cold water running out of tap with hot water, because there is a boiler. Staff did not mentioned about it and when you rent room after some brake, you should run out huge amounts of cold water to get a warm one. Firstly we thought that there is some problem with our room, because staff told US that it is very strange, so we wasted 1,5h for waiting for maintenance mam (who even didn't come, but we were told several times that he will be in fifteen minutes), until we have solved our problem on ours own.

Awesome location with cozy apartments. There are totally 7 units, 4 half underground level and 3 on the first floor. Design can be better but still very enjoyable place to stay.
