Sykes was the worst employer I have worked for. No free tea and coffee at workplace, no flexible management (even one time delay was a big problem for them, I do not wanna comment their level of competences), very low culture of management and communication. 2 stars for atmosphere at the workplace only (stuff is very nice and kind, much better than most of supervisors).
