Aero Souvenir

Almost worth a visit to get yelled out by the female store owner.

Prices are only slightly more than other nearby shops, but sadly it's the lack of care, and nasty words/shouting of the female proprietor that's the big issue. Go to any of the neighbouring shops.

LISEZ-BIEN LES AVIS AVANT D'ENTRER DANS CETTE BOUTIQUE !Premièrement, c'est très cher comparé à la concurrence.Ensuite, la vendeuse, en plus d'être une sangsue désagréable, vend des objets volontairement cassé. Il suffit de les toucher et elle va demandé de payer le double ! J'ai du lui gueuler dessus pour qu'elle me lâche. J'ai averti les autres clients et nous somme tous parti sans rien acheter.Conclusion : FUYEZ à tout prix ce magasin !!! Il y a 2 boutiques de souvenirs à côté : Star souvenirs et Paprika souvenirs où les commerçants sont polis, respectueux et professionnelle (pas comme cette grognace de vendeuse ici chez Aero).

À ÉVITER : vendeuse aigrie, on se fait pister dans tout le magasin et dès que l'on regarde un rayon plus de 2 secondes on se fait hurler dessus.

Leider muss ich einen Stern geben um eine Bewertung schreiben zu können.In diesem Laden fühlt man sich nicht als Tourist, sondern als Verbrecher, absolut unangenehm. Die Betreiberin scheut auch nicht davor zurück kleine Kinder grundlos anzuschreien. Nach Klärung der Situation und einer Aufforderung zur Entschuldigung wollte sie einfach weiter abkassieren und hat nicht im Traum daran gedacht sich zu entschuldigen.Wir haben dann prompt den Laden ohne die Ware verlassen. Eine absolute Frechheit.

Even though the souvenirs are a little bit cheaper, it’s not worth it. I bought a magnet that was 4 euros and when I went to pay and didn’t look, the lady switched it with a cheaper one and charged me 4 euros. Too bad I realized after and didn’t have the chance to return it. Don’t buy from them!

Went in looking for a plug adapter but also looking around in the shop for anything else that might have been of interest. The lady at the till was very rude; she was constantly talking on the phone and then with another employee/friend. We even asked a question we had about another plug adapter and she didn't say anything she continued talking with the other employee/friend ignoring us. Wouldn't recommend going there. There are plenty other souvenir shops in the area.

Fui a esta tienda en Enero de 2020, pero apenas descubrí el nombre en google maps. La peor experiencia que he tenido en Budapest debido a que la chica que nos atendió fue muy grosera. Mi esposo estaba buscando una t-shirt y ella se acercó a nosotros, cuándo le estaba preguntando si era de mangas cortas ella hizo un gesto de burla y puso los ojos en blanco, probablemente no entendió bien lo que le queríamos preguntar pero su actitud fue muy grosera, enseguida le dije a mi esposo que nos fuéramos y ella nos sacó a gritos de la tienda. No hablo húngaro pero era obvio que nos estaba insultando.

A bit cheaper than two other neighbouring souvenir shops. Found there some stuff that they didn't have in the shops mentioned above, like single coasters for example (usually they sell them in 4/6 piece packages, whereas I wanted only one), jewelry (amethyst pendants, crystal bracelets), artsy key fobs etc. I recommend giving it a try :)
