I used service Bookingbudapest for several times and each time I would like to mark the service as excellent". First time I booked transfer airport -hotel-airport for me and also for my guests in Budapest (we organized Conference). Everything was in time

Pessimi. Abbiamo atteso la navetta per circa mezz'ora fuori all'aeroporto.L'autista non ha accettato la carta di credito. Siamo rimasti d'accordo con l'autista sul punto di prelievo per il trasferimento del ritorno dal centro all'aeroporto. L'ora di prelievo era alle 14. Alle 14. 10 mi metto in contatto con la società e mi dicono che sarebbe arrivato l'autista entro 20 minuti. Io accetto e gli dico che l'aspettavamo davanti al bar (indicato all'autista del trasferimento di andata). Dopo mezz'ora mi scrivono per mail e mi dicono di prendere un taxi privato. Stavamo rischiando di perdere il volo

Perfekter Service.Am Flughafen nur kurze Wartezeit bis der Fahrer vor Ort war.Nachdem der Festpreis vorher vereinbart wurde, gibt es auch keinen Stress. Der Preis war günstiger als mit einem Taxi ( Stichwort Dauer der Fahrt, unser Hotel lag Downtown).Abholung wie vereinbart pünktlich am Hotel.Fahrer verstanden Englisch.Wir werden diesen Service wieder in Anspruch nehmen.

He contratado el crucero con cena para navidad y quedé decepcionada, vale 92€ y el servicio fue malo, no por los camareros sino porque faltó comida y variedad y más para esta fecha especial, la reposición fue poca, yo me quedé sin comer pescado! La sopa (goulash) que había, las primeras personas que sirvieron si tuvieron carne el resto solo quedó el caldo y ya, y no la repusieron. También fui con mi hija pequeña y se quedó sin probar bocado ya que no había platos infantiles y el precio de ella fue 45€. Muy pocos camareros para tanta gente y no daban abasto con las bebidas.

Sep 2019. Booked one day in advance. The driver was waiting for me at Keleti train station. Booked again for transfer from hotel to Budapest airport and the driver arrived 5 minutes earlier to pick me up. Pay directly to driver. Simple, straightforward. A really good experience.

Contratamos los traslados aeropuerto-budapest-aeropuerto. AEl día de antes te comunican hasta el nombre del conductor y te dicen donde te recogen. Luego se pone en contacto contigo el propio conductor, todo muy profesional y eficiente, se abona directamente al conductor cuando finaliza el servicio. Puntualidad mejor que inglesa. Totalmente recomendable.

They showed up but I wish they had not. I booked a van from the airport to my hotel. The price was 30 Euro. They arrived 10 minutes late, and wanted an extra 5 Euro for an equally ragged car seat. Luckily I bring my own . As a parent I wouldn't take the chance with theirs. Probably a quick way to give your kid an allergy attack. During that time I went outside to get a taxi quote. The price for a new taxi van was 24 Euro. When the booking in Budapest van came it was at least 20 years old, ragged and falling apart. The seats were torn up and the inside was dirty and disgusting. It also rode poorly . Not surprising considering all the miles this car saw. We did not want to get in but the driver was so nice we decided to take the ride. Never again would I book anything with this company. Use the regular taxi company outside the airport. They have much, much , much newer cars and they are cheaper.It get worse. They owed me a refund and I contacted them about it. They agreed to give me a refund but later sent me an email saying since I left a negative review I would not receive a refund. I would have written a another negative review but couldn't. You have to love unscrupulous vendors . If they did this to me they will do it to you. This was a small amount money. Imagine how much they would rip off from you if you have them a large amount of money. I think this company scams their clients whenever they have an opportunity. Don't become their next victim. I put up a picture of the email correspondence. The company actually told me we are happy you wrote a negative reviews. Just goes to show they have no customer service skills or any true appreciation for what they do. They are just a bad company to do business with.I think their positive reviews are fake. They are all written by people with 1 review. They are probably written by the company.

Ho effettuato la prenotrazione del trasferimento da Budapest all'Aeroporto tramite PC direttamente da casa, mi è arrivata la mail di conferma della prenotazione che ho stampato. Pagamento all'autista del taxi in euro. Il giorno prima della partenza da Budapest ho chiamato per confermare, sono stato subito messo in contatto con una persona gentile e disponibile, il quale mi ha confermato la prenotazione. Il giorno del rientro nonostante l'orario proibitivo (04:30) l'autista era già li ad attenderci pur essendo usciti quindici minuti prima. Sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto della serita e professionalità, e lo consiglio sicuramente. Servizio eccellente.

Nous avons utilisé les services de bookinbudapest Kft pour le transfert en taxi de l'aéroport à l'hôtel et pour une réservation de croisière-diner sur le Danube. La prestation est parfaite, réponse et confirmation par email rapide, chauffeur ponctuel, pour un meilleur prix que les sites conventionnels à touristes. je recommande.

Perfecto, contratamos ida y vuelta con esta empresa, creo que es la más barata. Tienes que pagar al conductor en efectivo, en euros (el trayecto que realizas en ese momento). Había una chica con una pizarra y escrito con tiza figura una lista con los nombres de las personas que tienen que recoger. Fuimos en una furgoneta llevábamos dos maletas. Precio 23 euros ida y 21 euros vuelta. El conductor hablaba español. La recogida en el hotel super puntúal. Mi experiencia fue genial. Yo recomiendo 100%.Saludos viajeros.
