Orchidea International School Budapest

The admission team is unprofessional with the broken English in e-mails. They are not very responsive and trying to help kids and their families.

Well my experience with this school has been fantastic, from the School secretary Laura Kürtössy-Robson to Orosz Balazs who showed us around and answered all of our questions. I grilled the school on every topic from their bullying policy to their extra-curriculum activities and we were very impressed. We are very much looking forward to our son joining this multicultural school where he will meet other children from over 18 different countries.

Great facilities with excellent people in it. Well done!

Best school ever!!!

I give 2* because my daughter like the school.However this is not as good as it look from outside.The promissed high level of english teaching is nowhere. The majority of teachers language proficieny is way below than expected from an International School!!!A tandíjat sajnos nem a minőségi oktatásra vagy, az ott dolgozó tanárokra költik (ki tudja mire...) , ezert nagyon gyenge a tanári kar (tisztelet a kivételtől), anyanyelvi tanár helyett nyekegő angolsággal is alig beszelő tanárok akiket ha a jobban beszelő gyerekek ha kijavitanak sertődés van.Vicc az egész, és minket is minősít az, hogy évekig fizetunk valamiert ami hát sokat nem ér!Senki ne dőljön be az igért anyanyelvi oktatásnak... , tesi óra angolul woow, jelenleg szerintem jó ha van 1 anyanyelvű tanáruk a gyerekeknek.. pedig ha kiszamoljuk mennyi penzt fizet be egy 25 fős osztály havonta/évente abbol simán lehetne normalis tanárokra is kolteni. De amig van eleg 'idióta szülő' ( es ebbe en is beletartozom) aki fizeti a tandijat addig xarnak a minőségre.

The teachers are literally absolute basters only teaching and helping the students they like instead of help wing everyone . It saids its international school were they teach English . But the english is so bad that it’s below A2 level . I personally have a C2 certificate so I can prove that the teachers know less english then the children . Also the Hungarian children are racist and the inside is not as same as the outside .

very bad school my daughter transferred here after half a year and another school. first of all it is very clear that the hungarian children discriminate against the children who don’t speak Hungarian (i’m saying this as a hungarian person). people talk about each other INFRONT OF THE TEACHERS in Hungarian while the other children don’t understand what’s going on. The teacher Gabriella is extremely rude and unprofessional and doesn’t bat an eye at the children who aren’t good at math. she only cares about the kids who she likes. they also transferred the children into a new school building (only high schoolers) and the school building looks like the school should cost zero dollars a month. I don’t understand why we’re paying to have our children go to a school that looks like any basic public school in hungary.
