Mijn dochter was haar paspoort verloren in Balaton.Zaterdagavond om 19u na telefonische afspraak heeft een zeer vriendelijke , lieve en behulpzame dame ons verder geholpen. We hebben terwijl genoten van het mooie Boeda . Zeer tevreden en bedankt .

This is how an embassy should be run! Spoke to the lovely lady on the weekend to discuss my passport problem. Emergency passport was issued to me within 20 minutes on Monday morning.Meanwhile the UK embassy were going to take approximately two working days... this would have resulted in me losing out on my flight, incur additional accommodation costs and an additional day of time off at work.
