Had one of the worst experiences in the Auto Service, I probably ever had before. The guy dealing with me at the desk was condescending and absolutely unprofessional - made me feel like he is doing me a favour. For a simple service of changing winter/summer tyres, I was told I should wait 1:30-2:00 hours (!) (despite an appointment and confirmation on 20-30minites max over the phone.Then, they fitted my wheels which were obviously stored without any care (paid for yearly storage service at them). The wheels returned full of brake dust and oil film, and scuff marks from handling and the tool they used/dropped on the rims. The RR rim is damaged quite a bit. Will never come here again. Would avoid if you can.At the end to top it off, when I asked about the handling and the storage of the rims, the guy arrogantly said I don't know what's brake dust and oil and that those marks are from hitting the rims again a kerb. As if that's possible near a wheel nut.. come on..
