Nh Hotel

I booked two rooms each for 3 guests, with an extra baby bed in one room.They welcomed the booking with no comments.Upon arrival I found the rooms very small, they don’t fit the beds properly.Moreover, a room was in 1st floor, the other one was in 4th floor, for the same family!!!They refused changing one of the rooms stating that no other rooms are available.The AC isn’t working in one of the rooms as well.Receptionists are not helping at all, they barely pick up the phone if you call.. you have to physically go to them every time you need something.Bed safety for kids is questionable as there no guards on beds. Baby’s head and teeth kept hitting the bars of the bed so I had to quit using it!Even lights are not working!!!No shower gel too!!!!This is the worst experience ever!!!DON’T BOOK HERE!

Perfect hospitality, perfect lication good rates

my experience was horrible. Dirt, mess and malfunctioning hotel equipment. In a word, tragedy. I was there 8.8.-13.8.2021 the breakfast was absolutely insufficient, the staff didn't supplement anything at all.
