They use you as long as they need, but as soon as they don't need you any more, they just dismiss you without even replying to your polite emails, as if you don't even exist any more. Not a fair treatment, is it?. Regardless the amount of work, employees are paid a very different hourly rate depending on the languages that they speak. Spanish, Italian, Portugues speakers are paid €8/h, whereas Danish €14/h, Norwegian €12/h, French and German €10/h, Croatian €5/h, Greek €6/h, and so on

I don't get the bad reviews... it's a really good company to work for, the pay is on time and (obviously) depends on your skills and knowledge (have you tried working for teleperformance for example? they pay you accordingly to the language you're gonna support, it's normal). I could reccomend working for UCC to you, but I think it's better for you to collaborate with them first to have your opinion, mine is 10/10 and i just wanted to share my experience with you guys!

I worked for UCC for 6 months, they are without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. Communication with HR takes too long and delivers no results. The managers were not able to help me with my work. I was never paid 2 referral bonuses for other agents referred by me. I would not trust them with my business under any circumstances.
