Borzalmas az elhelyezkedése. Nem értem mit gondoltak mikor kitették a város szélére. Hihetetlen, hogy olyan emberek dolgoznak itt akik még a munkájukat sem tudják végezni! Elmentünk papírokkal ügyet intézni és elküldtek. Másnak ugyanazokkal a papírokkal vissza mentünk és megcsináltak mindent egy szó nélkül. Nevetséges!

I was here in 2021 and the service was satisfactory and today in 2023 i was expecting the improvement but unfortunately it’s even getting worst with the passage of time

10 órára volt időpontunk és most 11 órakor még mindig várunk...Miért adnak időpontot ha nem tudnak akkor intézkedni?Sajnálom hogy le kell értékelnem, de így nem kaphat jobb értékelést. Remélem hogy ezt idővel tudják korrigálni.

Wait time is almost the whole day approx 12 hours for me even with appointment you are lucky if you get inside without appointment there’s no seating are I have to stand outside in the road very stupid location far away and embarrassing government building looks like a mental hospital from inside

To anyone who wants to study in Hungary. Let it not be your first choice. The government services in this country are the worst. They treat foreigners like nothing. They say you need an appointment when their website glitches. If you want to go tomorrow you’ll need to book an appointment and the dates will most likely be a month away. This does not account for emergency services. Once applied for a study permit. Once the process was done they did not notify me. Waited for weeks only to go there for them to make me wait in the cold for 5 hours because I didn’t book an appointment. Once I got in, I was told it’s at the post office, I go to the post office and they tell me it’s at immigration, I go back to immigration and they tell me I cannot enter without making an appointment. If they’re serious about bringing students here then they should resolve that issue. Worst service ever and to think it’s a country in the EU, WOW!! Only gave 1 star because I can’t give 0 but deserves a negative rating

Wait times are still long even with an appointment. Getting an appointment is incredibly difficult too. However, the immigration officers themselves are very competent and efficient!

They treat the people standing like they're less than animals while screaming and pushing. Waiting time is abnormally long (went at 7:30 am left at 4 pm) and they didnt let me in. The website currently is not working so nobody can book an appointment.

Would give negative if it was possible. No way to get an appointment online, and if you come without an appointment, you have to stand outside praying for them to let you in.We have been more than 10 people standing under the sun for almost 3 hours, and they still didn't let us in.Very bad, rude people. If you can just don't come to Hungary to study

They have the worst customer service ever . They were a lot of people and no one to regulate or attend to people. The wait is really long which is ridiculous because most people have already uploaded their documents online they just need a biometrics . I really hope they work on the complains I mentioned above . The worst part is you book an appointment and still wait for 10 hours which is ridiculous because what’s the essence and of booking the appointment then ??
