Had a quote from this company for some work in my apartment; Luigi seemed a nice enough guy, but then no replies to an email, text message and then email sent via the form on their own website! Apart from the issue of courtesy, it’s hard to imagine trusting a company that can’t do some basic admin replying to some emails and the like, with renovating your property. What kind of response would you get if you hired them and some kind of dispute about the work arose? None at all on this form. Slick website...woeful customer service.
