I took part in a 200 TTC with Mukesh from Bindusar. I feel like I just stepped into the big pool of knowledge and now it's my time to learn how to step further and eventually to swim.Mukesh is very knowledgeable and he has an entertaining way of transmitting what he would like you to learn. Due to his charisma, by the end of the course, even if it's a lot of information and one might feel overwhelmed, you still have that feeling of: oh no, is it really over?Just one warning: if you expect a lot of structure like in a German corporation, the influences of his culture might take you out of your comfort zone.

I’ve been doing yoga in the last 18 months without knowing the depths of this science. Fortunately, the Universe managed everything in such a way, that I signed up for this course. Yoga ttc course, online classes and ayurveda course, these are the wonderful things that I've been practicing and learning with and from Mukesh from Bindusar yoga.It's seems like it is a place or courses only for yoga teachers, but taking the course and the classes with Mukesh, especially when it comes to ayurveda, you get amazing knowledge for life.
