I stayed at this place in April this year and there are two apartments in one flat. The entrance hall of the flat separates them. The owner greeted me in person and was very nice and friendly and spoke English with me. Everything was as seen on the pictures and in good condition. There is a 24 hours guarded public garage close, and I bought a monthly ticket for the price of a few days in other cities, sure worth a week parking in there. The owner will help you getting the ticket from the city office on the main street. The only issue is the elevator in the block. I used it, but it is dated and seems to be very unsafe. But I am not a technician to really know. Still, one can use it for the language even without entering it in person. So I was happy it was there.

Alles absolut super. Geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet und eine tolle Lage. In wenigen Minuten ist man in der Fußgängerzone mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Selbstversorgung. Der Vermieter super nett und immer hilfsbereit zur Stelle. (Nochmal Danke für die Hilfe mit dem Taxi und Starterkabel). Wir kommen gerne wieder. Tipp für alle die mindestens eine Woche bleiben, links neben der Tourismusinformation nach der Bäckerei der Eingang zum Hinterhof gibt es ein Office der Verkehrsbetriebe dort kann man eine Vignette kaufen mit der man in ganz Miskolc überall parken kann,auch am thermalbad. Wir haben in der Tiefgarage um die Ecke geparkt da dort immer was frei ist und bewacht. Vignette ist ein Monat gültig und kostet um die 8000.-Huf ist aber billiger als immer einzeln zu kaufen.

Отличные, чистые апартаменты с красивым видом из окна. Две кухни, две ванные комнаты и санузла, балкон, посудомойка, стиральная машина, тв, кофеварка, утюг и всё что нужно для комфортного проживания.
